Amortization Calculator for iPhone/iPad/iPod

In the UTILITIES menu of MORTGAGE2 PRO, the Compare Weekly vs. Biweekly selection will allow Canadians and Americans to calculate the blended monthly payment for a given Principal, Annual Interest Rate and Amortization Period (or any one of these four variables providing the other three are known).

This utility will calculate the three weekly payments, the three biweekly payments, and their savings compared to the "standard" fixed rate, blended, monthly payment mortgage. It does this for both Canadian and American scenarios.
