Mortgage Availability

Whether you’re a Mortgage Broker or a Real Estate Broker it is easy to show your client how much mortgage they can afford.

The UTILITIES tab on the menu bar allows you to choose MORTGAGE AVAILABILITY calculations.

Once the proper information is entered into the MORTGAGE AVAILABILITY screen you are a left mouse click away from seeing the amounts that can be borrowed using your current information, from a 10 amortization period all the way up to a 50 year amortization period in 5 year increments. You then have a option of clicking on the amount and immediately generate an amortization schedule for a monthly payment mortgage.
